Type 2 Diabetes and Albuminuria
The purpose of the study is to determine the safety, tolerability and renal effects of an oral investigational drug in subjects with Type 2 Diabetes and Albuminuria (condition wherein the protein albumin is abnormally present in the urine, typically a symptom of kidney disease). The study will last up to 22 weeks with up to 7 clinic visits. Qualified participants will receive study-related care and medication at no cost, and may be compensated for study-related time and travel.
