Genetic mapping of obesity in adults and children
The purpose of the study is to collect a DNA sample from blood or a check swab (buccal swab) from participants age 2 and older to identify individuals with rare genetic disorders of obesity. Individual participation in the study will be a minimum of 2 clinic visits. Additional data and information may be collected from participants for up to 15 months with selected participants followed for up to 60 months after enrollment. Qualified participants may be compensated for study-related time and travel.
